Add Admins & Moderators to Neighborhoods
→ Allow hosts to assign players as admins or mods within their neighborhood.

Custom Nametags
→ Use the existing nametag system (e.g. [HOST]) to display tags like [ADMIN] or [STAFF] for assigned roles.
→ Helps identify staff members easily in the neighborhood.

Role Permissions & Abilities
→ Admins and mods get special abilities such as:

Permanent access to freecam within the neighborhood.

Ability to kick or ban members.

Option to open/close the server.

Ability to change time and other environment settings.

Editable Role Permissions
→ Admin/mod role permissions can be customized similarly to how guest permissions currently work.

Activity Log / Moderation Log
→ Keeps track of admin and mod actions such as kicks, bans, time changes, and server closures.
→ Log is only visible to the host and admins for transparency and oversight.

Announcements / Broadcast Messages
→ Allows admins and hosts to send server-wide announcements or pinned messages visible to all players.
→ Useful for updates, neighborhood rules, or event information.
