A feature that can easily be blended in with a Christmas update is a lighting feature which allows players to toggle a button and let players place a cluster of string lights on plants. To elaborate: items such as the string lights and fairy lights can have a toggle (grey button with standard placing and custom placing) to cluster place the lights on plants or be called “Tree and Bushes” or “Cluster Place”. When you toggle this button while holding a certain string light, you can hover over an allowed item and it will show the lights placed on the plant and circled around it and just all in the plant, almost looking like the Christmas tree’s lights. If the player try’s to randomly click the lights anywhere with that toggle on, the error message will say “Must be placed on ———“ like when windows must be placed on walls. Also, you should add a stacking feature to that. Tapping on the same plant with a first stack already on it will add even more lights in even more spots and make it really decorative. For the mobile players, all the lights that were added onto the bush won’t be super small so they can still be able to color the lights and the bush as well. I added a photo attachment to show what it could technically look like because people will put string lights in there bushes and plants at Christmas time and adding this feature can be a good addition to the Christmas update and the lighting aspect of the game. One more thing, when the player stacks the lights, is there a way you can add the properties of the second stack to the first stack already on the plants and make their color change option, change all the lights together? Sorry if that’s confusing, I mean like the player wouldn’t have to tap on two things to color it the same color.
