Feature Request: Adjustable Light Brightness for All Light Types

Performance

Ability to adjust light brightness. Give players the ability to adjust the brightness of ALL light types. Currently lights light up all the space around them, but sometimes it would be nice if only the bulb was bright, or just dimmed without affecting the color.
