Hello! I'd like to suggest adding a job as jury/judge. You start off as a jury until you level up to a high level, like level 20. You judge NPC criminals and figure out if they look guilty. It is easy at first (let's say the npc has an exaggerated sad face, they are dressed as a criminal), but it becomes increasingly difficult as you go on. You choose between guilty and not guilty and every time you answer correctly, you earn money. For this particular job, there should also be an NPC judge and prisons. There could also be jobs as prison guards, police officers, receptionists, forensic scientists and SWAT.
