Add Electric and Manual Wheelchairs to Elderly Update

For the upcoming Elderly update y’all should add wheelchairs an electric one and a normal one. The electric should be able to move by itself. The normal one should be treated as a wagon or stroller where you can ask someone to take you where it is by holding the wheelchair!
