Placeable signs you can type on in any language with no decals needed, resizable and can be in 3D

we need signs that can be resizable and can also be 3D, uploading a decal for signs, using structurals and using basic shapes is too complicated! Placeable signs that you could type on would change the game and make builds more interesting.
