Instead of just pizza delivery for pizza, replace it with something like doordash, it could collect pizza, burgers, groceries and more, you would have to deliver them to random NPC's around the map or businesses such as fancy furniture and more. It may also be used to deliver random items from fancy furniture and the kid's store to NPC's around the map, you'd be supplied with a basic car, but if you have your own car / bike you can use your own.
