Option for Expanded Build Mode in Private Neighborhoods
Allow private neighborhood owners to dedicate more of their neighborhood's resources to a single build. This could be done by combining multiple plots into one seamless build area or by introducing a neighborhood-exclusive plot with a much higher plot data limit.
To balance performance, owners could choose an Expanded Build Mode. While this mode is active, the maximum number of players allowed in the neighborhood would be reduced, and other players would be unable to place their own plots. Instead, those resources would be allocated to the expanded build area.
This would allow builders to create projects at a much more realistic scale instead of compressing everything into a single plot. Larger layouts would leave room for landscaping, roads, parking lots, open spaces, and detailed environments without constantly sacrificing one part of the build for another.
Private neighborhoods already offer customization, but this would give players another way to use them by choosing whether they want a neighborhood optimized for many players or one optimized for massive building projects.
I especially like the idea of making it an optional mode rather than something that's always on. For example:
Standard Mode: Up to 75 players, normal plots.
Expanded Build Mode: Fewer players (maybe 10–20), one massive plot with much higher plot data.
