Public and Private Community Builds with Follow, Comment, and Favorite Features

Community prebuilds where you can follow build creators and and comment or favorite their builds. It would be fun and better for those who build for free and such. You can also select to have your builds on your profile be public,
private, or only for specific people to see. You can also upload your builds private and be able to build it again if you ever bulldoze the plot.
