Urgent: Review and Update of Ban Appeal System for Long-Term Players
I am writing to suggest an urgent review and update regarding the current ban appeal system. For over a year, the official appeal system has been malfunctioning or entirely inaccessible for many dedicated community members.
My friend and I have been waiting for a long time to properly resolve our situation. We fully acknowledge that we made a mistake by using a money-duplication glitch in the past; it was wrong, and we sincerely apologize for it. However, we have been unable to submit a formal appeal because the system does not allow us to do so, and our inquiries on other community channels are frequently deleted without any direct response.
This is deeply discouraging because we love Bloxburg—it is actually the game where I met my best friend, and we spent countless hours building our mansions. Furthermore, we invested real money into this game, purchasing every single gamepass available. Losing access to paid content with no working channel to seek an appeal or a refund feels deeply unfair.
