Add Realistic HVAC Systems and Temperature-based Effects to Improve Gameplay

HVAC Systems would, in my opinion, improve the level of realism of the game. By HVAC systems I mostly refer to heating&cooling systems, like: -Mini-splits (wall unit + outdoor condenser) -Multi-splits (one outdoor unit, multiple indoor units) -Central ducted AC for whole houses -VRF/VRV systems These items would also be paired to one or more thermostats that show the inside temperature of the house ans give players the ability to increase/decrease the target temperature of the room/house and change the operating mode of systems from heating, cooling, auto or fan/ventilation, different types of ventilation grilles in different shapes and sizes. Also, i'd love to see a weather app on our phones that shows outdoor temperature and weather conditions. How this would affect gameplay: -The more windows a home has, the more the indoor temp. rises; -AC systems actually affect indoor temperature; -negative/positive moodlets based on indoor and outdoor temperature (too hot => hygiene drains faster and a moodlet pops up called “Sweaty & Uncomfortable”, too cold and energy drains faster, moodlet called “Freezing” pops up) Some extra details would be nice like a slight hum when next to an inside unit (air handler) when it is running, outdoor condenser fan spinning when unit is running, a loud/quiet buzzing sound at the exterior unit depending on the model purchased (cheaper models will be louder and more expensive units quieter), units stop when target temp. is reached and maybe Heatpums (but we're getting a bit complicated with this one) Also, so this update doesn't end up like the fainting update, maybe add the ability to toggle on/off negative weather effects in settings or in the weather app. I think this would add a lot of realism to the game and would be a lovely update for realistic builds!
