Like a real estate update, where you can sell your house but it has to be near the plot price, so if the plot price is 400k then you can sell it for 375- 500k so if people have old houses they can sell them, they way the transfer would work is you would go to the "for sale sign" and then click buy, it would ask the owner if they wanna accept the sale then if they do it will unload the plot and it willl be in the buyers plot, also you can add so it also says "load plot" after buying, you would get -sale sign -for sale sign -huge for sale sign in the front, i just think it would be a good update instead of deleting plots they could sell them
