Announcement chat banners for neighborhood hosts would be extremely beneficial, allowing important events or notifications to reach the entire neighborhood far more effectively than the Roblox chat. This feature would enhance all kinds of events, challenges, or roleplays in neighborhoods. I am the owner of a Bloxburg hotel, and these announcements would make my experience better, but also the many other Bloxburg players' and roleplayers' experiences better. Many games that offer private servers, like Greenville, already use similar systems.

This feature could be integrated as an app within the new phone ui, enabling neighborhood hosts to input and send announcements to the neighborhood. To prevent spam, a cooldown could be implemented, limiting the number of announcements sent. Co-owners of the host’s plot could also be allowed access to this feature.
