Free prebuilt housing to enhance gameplay by making the game more accessible/easy to play for new and existing players. New players are not forced to work as soon as they enter the game which will result in lower turnover and higher player count. (Not all houses need to be free but a good amount should be) Less working is needed which makes the game more fun to play and keeps players engaged. Items on the plot cannot be sold for profit except items added by the player. This also creates a fun renovation aspect to the game. Ultimately builders will always build and with other games like Brookhaven and Berry Avenue, Bloxburg just doesn’t have the “infrastructure” to support role-players who couldn’t care less about building.
