Increase Solar Panel Cap and Reduce Bill Frequency for High-Value Plots

Hi Bloxburg Team,
I am writing to suggest a much-needed balance update for solar panels and bill frequencies, especially for players with large plots. As the owner of an almost $2 million mansion, my bills sit at around $11,000 per cycle. Currently, if I play for an extended session, I am forced to pay this massive bill 2 to 3 times a day. This drains cash extremely fast and breaks the immersion of active building or roleplaying.
To fix this, it would be amazing if you could change the billing system so that players are only required to pay their property bills once every real-life week, rather than multiple times a single day.
Additionally, please consider lifting or increasing the 20% solar panel cap. If a player invests hundreds of thousands of dollars into high-tier solar grids, the bill reduction should scale dynamically to reward that massive investment.
