Implement Random Disaster Events in Game

Disasters. Trigger disasters in the game on random days, but not too often. Examples include tsunamis, earthquakes, floods, landslides, volcanic eruptions, blizzards, fires (whether caused by forest fires or household accidents), and epidemics. Those affected by disease can visit a hospital or similar facility; those who die due to a disaster will be automatically teleported back to their player plot. Players whose plots are destroyed will automatically have them restored to their original state 10–20 minutes after the disaster occurs. Players who are still in build mode in the moments before the disaster will be automatically warned of the disaster and automatically exit build mode; their building progress will be saved and can be resumed once their building or house is restored to its original state 10–20 minutes after the disaster.
