A new building for this plot: A real estate Agency where players can list their plots (only in that server & put a price and people can offer. If its gone through the player loses their house but the other person gets it while the person who sold it can list it for any price. You could also make it a job like the cashier at the fast food place. You get a screen they tell you what style, how many beds and baths, and you have to click the right one out of 4. I think this would make it even more realistic and would be great for the community. I think that players who were disappointed in the prebuilt home page would greatly appreciate it. Names could include: Rob's Real Estate, Sunshine Alley Housing & Honey Housing. I think it would fit really well into the town centre specifically in the file below.
