Security Alarm System. - the realism update for HVAC, A/C, and Fans was amazing. But, now with realism, we should have some sort of alarm system in homes or properties. not to cause server disturbance but notify a owner if someone is on their property. or if detected by cameras.
fires - we have the fire detector, sprinkler etc but now we need a way to cause the fire. if it does not cost players when a fire is started to rebuild what was destroyed, maybe for roleplayers.
custom content store: similar to prebuilds, allow users to upload custom furniture items they make after it being reviewed, and it can be sold for the amount the original creator spent plus tax and you must have the required/used passes in order to acquire.
