Allow players to change their plot location at any given point using an app in the phone, like a Bloxhaul app. Obviously they can only move plots at a certain time, like every 30 minutes perhaps. When they use the app and they're transitioning to the new plot location you could add a moving truck loading screen, that would look neat.
