Some way to build more complex things without needing so much money.

Some possibilities

• A gamepass that unlocks a "showroom" lot type, where build mode costs less but nothing can be interacted with (everything is decorative)
• A gamepass/subscription that lowers the cost of furniture/build mode tools
• An "architect" job where people can earn money for building or use a pre-set budget

I know I would spend significantly more time in the game if building was more accessible on a regular basis, and I think it's very possible to balance it in a way where it isnt game-breaking or unprofitable.
