Add New Neighborhood Plots: Greenfield Plains, Mountains, and Tropical Mainland

I have three suggestions for neighborhoods if you would ever want to add more. 1. A few plots in Greenfield Plains. 2. Maybe some plots throughout the Mountains. 3. And an area that is tropical but not the beach so palm trees and vibrant colors but on the mainland.
