Implement a Mail Delivery job where players can pick up mail from a garage behind a blue building and deliver it to mailboxes around town. Players can either deliver mail to each house mailbox or load up at each mailbox and return to the garage. Use existing blue parking spot highlights for loading and unloading mail.
