Add Swedish Rice Porridge (Risgrynsgröt)! 🍚🎄

It would be really nice to have rice porridge as a winter/Christmas food! It could be served in a small bowl with cinnamon and milk, and would fit perfectly into cozy Scandinavian Christmas builds and roleplays.
