Transform Tool UI Elements Get Stuck in Build Mode

Steps to Reproduce

1. go in the build mode
2. use the transform tool
3. choose a random basic shapes
4. adjust the xyz axis controller by moving it up/down or sideways
5. then the controller will get doubled/glitched
6. get off on the build mode
7. the transform tool xyz axis will get stays on the basic shape

Explanation

whenever im on the build mode and try to use the transform tool, the transform xyz axis controller will randomly get stuck on the screen and it wont get off and if i get off on the build mode the transform axis controller will stays there i can even look it 360, unless if i reset my character it will disappear. but the another problem is the confirmation and cancellation of the command underneath will get s*** also. even i reset the character it wont get off the screen, but if i rejoin it will go back to normal.... but this frequently happens to me, its very tiring to rejoining and resetting character. its disturbing me when im focusing on building something.
