Transform Tools Controller Gets Stuck in Build Mode

Steps to Reproduce

1. go in the build mode
2. use the transform tools
3. choose a random basic shape
4. adjust the xyz axis controller either up/down or sideways
5. then the xyz axis controller will get stuck of get doubled
6. get off on the build mode (you can see the xyz axis will get stuck)
7. after you reset your character, the confirmation/cancellation command stays on your screen underneath

Explanation

"the transform tools controller is stuck". whenever i join on the server and continue to build my house, i always use the transform tools for the detailing. so when i use the transform tools it will randomly get stuck on the screen even if i tried to cancel the command- it wont come off on the screen. but if i reset my character on game it will disappear. but the other problem is the confirmation and cancellation command underneath the screen will also get stuck on the screen, and that thing wont really come off even i reset my character it will stay there as long im on the game. unless if i rejoin the game it will go back to normal. but thats too hassle, this is frequently happening to me, im tired of rejoining and resetting. when im on focused on building something.

but it will just stay functional but youll also have doubled transform tool stuck on your screen, and its bothering. this is not also related to my internet connection. its been three days im experiencing this kind of bug or glitch. help...
