Steps to Reproduce

1. I made a new Roblox account after I accidentally deleted my old one
2. After that I joined Bloxburg the next day and got the starter house called the happy home of robloxia
3. I was just making money and paying the bills then I left the game because I had to go do something
4. I rejoined the next day and
5. Tom was still outside the house but I thought he was gonna be there for a few days since I just started
6. I kept playing and everyday he was still there I even deleted the house and made a new house on the plot but he was still there

Explanation

Hi I'm not trying to say this in a mean way but, I love you're game but there is one thing that is happening to me that's not happening to anyone else I know. So every time I join the game no matter have much times the games mascot Tom has always been standing near my mailbox at the front of my house and no matter what I do he just always stand there I've tried to search it up I've tried talking to him but really nothing is working and he is just always standing outside my house all the time so i'm wondering if you could fix it. If you can't that's totally fine but I just really bugs me so if you can please tell me how I can fix that thank you!
