Explanation

hey, i have been in contact with one of ur agents and it has not gone rather great i have had a problem where all my plots have been changed my houses are gone some of my plots dont load and some plots have houses/projects i have already deleted since a while back and another has just the starter bloxburg house, and i have been given extra plots. i discovered this problem about over a week ago and that was about the same time i reached out, i have been sending to 'bramP' and i have only gotten 2 awnsers with 24 hours time between the awnsers that has as of right now lead to nowhere i am very confused if the procsses of my problem is being handled or not since when i get the mails it says i am critical but it has been over a week i had this problem and about 4 days ago i got a awnser from the agent and it was only a question if all plots load or not. i am just very confused and worried. i hope i have givven the info that is nessecary if not , u can just send back asking for any info i have forgotten to give, my user it xxxroosen, thanks for taking this in consideration. One last thing sorry ! i get an error code when im tyring to load into some plots ( ID: 4705524511)
