Failed to Load Plots and Houses, Unintended Plot Allocation

Steps to Reproduce

1. I dont know what this box is trying to tell me to do.

Explanation

I've been joining the game and it hasn't been letting me load my houses. This has been happening on neighbourhoods aswell. Also it shows that I have been given another plot however I did not purchase it and my bloxbux is the same. It is only letting me load my most recently built house and that empty plot that I haven't purchased. When I get plots in neighbourhoods and I want to change or load a plot/house to one of the issued plots/houses it says it has failed to load and I can't then also now load my most recently build one because then it says that I have no plot when I do. Also when I try to load the issued plots it puts me in this box looking thing and I then have to respawn to get out. Please help and thank you.
