Ghost Objects and Inability to Cancel Placement in Build Mode on iPad

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enter build mode
2. Place a wall
3. Select the neon light in standard placement
4. If it allows you to place it normally, try to re-open the menu after a while or select a different item
5. Once the item appears, press 'cancle'
6. Congratulations. You now have a ghost object!

Explanation

Whilst in build mode on mobile (Ipad), I kept having issues with ghost objects. Every time i’d open a new catagory of object and attempted to place it it would not show the building move menu / place menu, and create a ghost of that item, even after pressung “cancel” the object would remain and could not be deleted. Even re-loading the plot did not work. Redo also does not work. My plot now has 3 forever stuck neon lights :/ please fix the issue where 1. Ghost objects appear and 2. Sometimes not being able to move newly selected objects
