Corrupted Account Data Causes Plot Loading Errors (Error 835820 4360)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Try to load a plot
2. Observe the error code 835820 4360 and the message 'failed to bulldoze plot'
3. Attempt to overwrite the plot
4. Observe the 'no plot' error message
5. Notice the character is trapped permanently in the loading box
6. Realize that plots purchased with Bloxbux are unusable

Explanation

My Bloxburg account data is severely corrupted and has been broken for months. Whenever I try to load a plot, it gives error code 835820 4360 and says 'failed to bulldoze plot.' Trying to overwrite it results in a 'no plot' error and traps my character permanently in the loading box. I have spent loads of Bloxbux on plots that I cannot use. Please manually clear/reset my corrupted plot slots on your backend so I can use the game
