Reintroduce Neon Loading Screen and Merge Maps While Keeping Dashboard Unchanged

Reintroduce the Splitgate 2 neon loading screen from before Arena Reloaded and merge the first Splitgate 2 maps with the current maps, while keeping the main dashboard unchanged.
