The Lumite Reactor tech requires Rank 5 to unlock, and it is a prerequisite for Chemical Plant, and Chemical Plant is a prerequisite for Yellow Paint. Right now Chemical Plant and Yellow Paint are labeled Rank 4 to unlock in the tech tree. I think the rank required to unlock Chemical Plant and Yellow Paint should be Rank 5.
