I have no issue with the current 1024 storage capacity size, especially given you can stack them if you really want more...with one exception - later in the game freight load size grows to the point where it exceeds storage capacity and at that point you need multiple storage units to contain / relocate a single freight load and that gets irritating and unnecessarily tedious. I would grow the two in tandem with each other...like if freight size grows 50%, just grow storage by the same....or even synchronize the amounts entirely. I would have no problem with storage capacity starting at a lower amount in the early game and it would make the upgrades more valuable.
