For me at least (and I'm positing that this holds for most users), when exiting a thing, the default (in this case or green) button will save as you exit. That is not the case in this game. It has bitten me many times. I do not know why there is no way of saving and returning to the menu, as that's surely the most common thing any player would do in this situation. Please change this!
