One page on the current playthrough provides an overview of the number of operators and buildings currently in use. For example, how many assemblers, cutters, splitters, meters of conveyor belt are in use, maybe how many trees have been planted, and so on.

Bonus: We already have the Efficiency View, the Production Graph, and our Delivery Targets and Challenges page, but nothing to show others the scale of our factory in numbers. So, it's not about production, but rather the size of your factory (number of operators and buildings, and maybe the surrounding features, like the number of islands and cosmetic elements).
It's not something the game needs as a feature. It's more of a gimmick for community interaction. But it would certainly be exciting to share with others and discuss.
