I would love to see more divisions and opportunity for EMS and Fire service growth. While certain things should be locked to certain tiers, I think after the new medical implementation, maybe a fire ranking system that allows you to unlock a special hazards truck (im biased cause im on an engine and special hazards), ladder ops, arson investigation, etc.

I also am requesting an arson investigations division in the fire service to act as LEO and do Health code checkups on players working in subway for example, and also fire safety inspections, as well as explosives and fire investigations.
