make it so that everyone trying to join a law enforcement team has to be educated. maybe make them fill in a quick application or something. especially for sbi. im sick of police arrested me for things they shouldnt be arresting me for, and when sbi gets called sbi does nothing about it. or even worse when sbi arrests me for no reason and starts going on a massive power trip.
