So here is my idea so yall should add where you can pick like an target worker when they also get xp in civ you can pick AS an Leo or med or fd or sbi or ect you can pick if you want your xp turn into civ xp but not into what ever team you are on.IDEA 2

yall should add where you can open up gates with an crowbar for like k mart and open up walmart like target you can work there and get xp and make the milano bank where you can rob it like the city bank it should be the same and then add an crowbar for FD and LEO where you can brake into house for fire house and much more
