Add Cash-In-Transit Job for Vix Armed Security with Robbable Cash Trucks

Vix Security Update - Add a Cash-In-Transit job for Vix Armed Security+ and give them a armoured/unarmed cash truck/van where they can pick up money from a buisness and take it to the bank. It would give security something to do.
Optional: Make the cash trucks possible to rob by criminals for a small amount of cash.
