Implement Voice Chat and Radio Talk Feature for Realistic Roleplay

Features I would like to see are, 1: Voice chat,
2: Instead of typing to talk on radio, have a feature that allows people to talk on a radio. Something like this is done In roleplay games like Maple County and some others.
