So my suggestion is to be able to work as a bus driver, you can drive busses around and pick up npcs that are waiting to be picked up, once you enter an area (in front of the bus stop for example) well the npcs would just enter your bus and sit in it and you get paid for every stop that you passed or you have your work check when your done with your shift.
