  1. Revamp of the vehicle hitboxes - ISSUE WITH BULLETPROOF VEHICLES

As of right now, following the PIT manouvre update, EVERY VEHICLE IN THE GAME IS BULLETPROOF. You simply cannot kill somebody who is in a vehicle which makes for very unrealistic, boring and downright stupid gameplay where it's an endless game of cat and mouse of when the person you're trying to kill will get out of their vehicle. Simply just return to the old hitboxes where windows could be shot through, preventing this altogether on both civilian and LEO cars alike.

As of right now, you can't even access the trunk so it would be nice if we could access the trunk just like any other LEO vehicle.
