Darkweb system:

Since cops love to “patrol” around where dealers are located. A darkweb system similar to the silk road would be a good way to combat this. How would this work?

Player goes onto a ordinary looking app, picks what product they want (Chems, Plants, maybe even ghost guns) They select a spot on a provided map the website has, and vila the package is delivered at a dead drop. Cops can possibly infiltrate the website and get vague hints on how much product is getting ordered and what time it COULD be dropped around the map. The package would look like your ordinary amazon box or an unlabeled box.
