Clarify Constitutional and Statutory Framework for Ventura

Reform and revise the constitution and statutes: Certain articles of the constitution and statute do not have fairness or nullify certain rights granted by the constitution all together.
For example, the very 1st article at the top of the constitution states that ventura is a self governing state. This does not inform us of what nations laws we follow and is intentionally vague. There needs to be clear indication that ventura is bound by US Federal laws which in turns garuntees more rights to the people under certain Supreme Court decisions. 2nd: Art 1, sect 31 which states that private citizens have property autonomy but in subsection E It states that no on duty LEOs cam be asked to leave for any reason at any property within the state. Which furthermore undermines the right of private property altogether and is also very unrealistic compared to US Law which would give autonomy in full, to property owners. The statutes need to be recorded and the constitution made explicitly clear.
