Should create tester role or like a role for individuals who want to apply to be staff/assist development but don't want to necessarily be a moderator

• I seen the staff application announcement discuss wanting to involve individuals from healthcare, first responders, etc on the staff team but I do not want to be a moderator, rather help development/be a tester in a way.
