VDPS - Directors or people Captain and higher should be able to arrest officers on other departments with probable cause as it was like this before on VHP
Comments:
The fact that one has to grind 250,000 to become internal affairs and gain max rank which allows them to arrest others on VDPS is unfair. The fact the rank isn't even achievable due to the 0/0, Zero out of zero makes things even worse.
Balancing:
With the current set-up this leaves VDPS unable to power check SBI and other Max rank on other LEO departments.
VDPS is primary over all internal affairs and corruption investigations. They should at bare minimum atleast have a rank where VDPS can arrest corrupt LEOs on different departments.
Not to mention the exp that's needed on civilian to get on VDPS. All this for a departments that cannot power check despite it have primary over internal affairs.
