This is more of a rule change, but there should be a rule about people switching teams/roles during a scene in order to give them an advantage during an argument. An example is a deputy having an argument with their supervisor, and then that deputy switching to SBI in order to overrule their supervisor's decision. I seen people saying that they'll switch to DOV just because they disagree with somebody and to just have an unfair advantage.
