More poi's in florance city.

at the moment the city is dead. eceryone just goes into milano bc all the poi's are centered around there.
Now if you are in FL city as leo or even as civ you wont come across someone for a hot minute.

Some ideas for poi's in fl city:

-Add wallmart as a team.
-Actually do something with the EXPO centre maybe.
-There already is a interior in florance mall so make that functional with the gun shop etc.
-Do something with the old VHP lot on barbra ave, like build some kind of hangout idk.
