Implement Body Part Damage and Bleeding Mechanics for More Realistic EMS Scenarios

Project ventura EMS should be more useful and in they're current state its hard to be a EMS and revive patients since the hit point and overall HP for all players are very fragile. Meaning if someone gets shot ones, they Immediately die. There should be a hit point and HP damage reductions for specific parts of the body ( Legs, arms, torso) should take 6-7 shots to kill a person, Also Bleeding should also be added if the suspect isnt getting EMS helped within a period amount of time. So by that all means if someone lets say gets shot 4-5 times they will still be alive but start bleeding for 90 seconds before they go unconscious, and someone who got shot more than 6-7 times will start bleeding anywhere between 30-60 seconds and have a higher chance of dying due to blood loss . IMPORTANT if someone gets shot in the limps ( feet legs arms hands ) Ones or 2 times, they should survive from the gun shot wound but start mild bleeding untill they reach 50 % health or get EMS assistance or BLS
