A booking system should be added for players with active warrants. Right now, many evade police through reckless driving or other offences, then reset to avoid charges like evading, reckless driving, and the warrant itself. A mandatory booking timer (1–2 minutes where the player cannot move) would stop warrant resets and make the system fair and realistic.
